The amps are rather unquantifiable, rendering any opinion pretty arbitrary, but I will merely point out that the good Count has a rather terrible track record against angry people.

Standard Rebels Tano?
1. Tano wins 8/10
2. Too speculative but most likely wins 3-4/10
3. I don't account for any of Maul's "personality flaws including overconfidence. Skill-wise in sabers and force they're pretty evenly matched. Either way
4. Malgus is far superior in the force, and whatever advantage Tano gains in sabers will be negated by his armor/damage-stamina and force abilities. Tano loses 2-3/10
5. Dooku has a greater knowledge of the force and is the superior swordsman particularly in the area of exploiting the Ataru form. Tano loses 2/10
