The Outlander and Arcann are probably the top two.
Its difficult to judge the Force using classes now that they've been amalgimated into the Outlander and all have the same showings, but for what its worth my opinion not taking KotFE into account is:
1. Hero
2. Wrath
3. Nox
4. 'Thor
Nox gets a big boost by the class description saying they're as skilled with a lightsaber as they are with the Force.
"An Inquisitor's skills with a Lightsaber are equally impressive."
Considers how skilled Nox is with the Force (able to easily perform feats that are supposed to be near impossible) that indicates an extreme degree of lightsaber skills. Naturally you can scale the rest of the era from this as well.

Plus it's a description about the class, but the class is actually Nox. Everyone playing Inquisitor is playing Nox. The statement applies in either case.

Both wrong. Sith Inquisitors are a profession that existed at the time in the Sith Order, and Nox wasn’t one since leaving Korriban. Class progression cutscenes were canon storylines that outright stated you couldn’t progress down both paths...

Yes, as a class story. Doesn’t stop the fact the in universe quote is referring to a Sith title that Nox no longer has, and no longer trains to be.
Think of it this way, even if she continues having the lightsaber mastery of an Inquisitor, and trains as such, her force mastery would excel under either specialisation path and advance further than her skill with a blade. It’s pretty basic

Sorcerers and Assassins are subsets of an Inquisitor, you don't have to be one or the other exclusively. The KotFE codex entry refers to them as "The Sith Inquisitor" if you want an OOU source. Not that I see why that matters, as if Swtore would know secrets about Vitiate yet mess up the basics of how being a Sith works. I'm pretty the rest of the game also refers to you as the Inquisitor in the loading screens, other parts of the codex and such too.
