Anakan Skywalker turns to the dark side when he helps Darth Sidious kill Mace Windu and all the Jedis, but I reckon this is when Anakan finally turns evil:
Anakan discovers that Palpatine is the Darth Sidious, he pulls out his lightsaber and is about to kill Sidious.
Sidious; ha, ha, ha, Anakan, I don't suppose you're mother never told you what happened to your father. Anakan: She told me I never had a father. Sidious: No Anakan, I AM YOUR FATHER! Anakan: NO, NO, NO, NOOOOOOO! Sidious: Join me and together we can rule the galaxy!
