They have Jedi, just not per the calibre of the Jedi council in KOTOR times. THat being said, don't the have FAR a greater military, and a greater sphere of influence?

That's true, but the Jedi wouldn't be abel to destroy very much since the Revan peeps were from the Golden Era while the Jedi for the Republic were from a peaceful time.
Revan's sith empire would take them easily. First you have the Star Forge, enough said. Second, even if they didn't have the Star Forge, all you need is Revan. He trained his soldiers on how to kill or turn Jedi and he excelled at it. Revan can turn the tide of almost any war. Mandalorians are defeating the Republic, Revan joins Republic and begins defeating Mandalorians easily. Revan joins Sith and turns on Republic he just fought for, wiping it out. Revan turns (sorta) on Sith, joins the weak Republic and annihilates the Sith Empire. He is a military genius, knows tons of knowledge about the Force, and is incredibly powerful. The Republic wouldn't stand a chance.

Well not exactly, when he just started his invasion he still only had the republic fleet a third of it. He had a lot of Jedi sure but not as much as a year or two years later...
His fleet was smaller, less troops and its going to be a lot harder to do. Yes he could win he probably would unless of course the ships of the republic fleet around the clone wars will be a lot more powerful....
The ships might be more powerful, but probably not. There isn't much differenc in anything from the original timeline to 4,000 years before it. The only difference I saw it that they haven't discovered bacta yet, they instead use Kolto.

If thats all then Revan is going to win, but you never know technology can come a long way in 4000 years... It probably hasn't, so Revan will win threw superior skill and more Jedi/Sith... If it has however and ships can handle more, shoot faster and things hurt a lot more then Revan might just be ****ed
Not necessarily, the first death star took a long time before it could shoot a few Jedi would definitely take that thing down...
The second couldn't fly yet, Revan would be smart enough to not attack it head on but find some other way to take it down, like the Rebel alliance did in ROTJ.
We'll ROTS is 4,000 years after KOTOR, so I would imagin that the Republic's technology would out match KOTOR's by far. And remeber the Republic still has Yoda, which has had many many more years of training than Revan. The only problem is the Republic doesn't have an army (Order 66). It would depend on if it was after Order 66 or before it...
The jedi at that time were weaker in numerous ways. They had grown complacent, and didn't have the strife and war of the old times to keep them rough and ready. In the words of yoda (or mace, I can't rememeber), they had become "keepers of the peace". Compare this to KOTOR were they were used as shock troops...

Well...
I think Republic will win because of higher developed technology and having more firepower.
Revan has tons of droids, tons of ships, some Dark Jedi but the Republic in the beginning of RotS has around 2 Million clone warriors, more Jedi than Revan had Dark Jedi and the aguably greatest Jedi Master ever (Yoda).
Assume this would be a fight where you have:
Fleet vs Fleet in Space (Republic wins by firepower)
Clone Warriors vs Revans Troups on the ground (Republic wins by firepower)
Jedi vs Dark Jedi (including Yoda and Revan and such people like Mace, Obi-Wan, Anakin, Malak), I would say the Dark Jedi have no chance here. They might be better than the RotS Jedi but they are far less people and I would say the whole RotS Jedi Council will manage to overwhelm Malak and Revan.
