I dont recall you giving any, but Canderous could kill IG-88.
Jango would kill Durge
Montross would kill HK-47
Jaster would kill I-5 pretty fast.
Boba and Jaster would then finish GG.

GG would obviously be one of the first primary targets, and seeing how he cant use the force to defelct and rockets or other gadgets he goes down. They would need to think of a plan though, since the rest wouldent just stand and watch.

Boba was also quite vulnerable when he fought IG-88, I believe. This thread is also quite interesting, though - not the fighters as much as the idea of droids fighting bounty hunters. It's like fighting machines fighting mercenaries, which seems to me to make for a cool fight, even though I think the organic bounty hunters would prevail.

My apologies if this is wrong, but I always thought that Boba Fett fought one form of IG-88 in Cloud City before Solo had arrived and that Boba wasn't wearing his Mandalorian armor at the time. That last part was what made me think of Fett as "vulnerable" in this fight, but perhaps I am mistaken. I will have to refer to the original source.
Right so far people; Grievous IS the biggest threat. But I wouldn't discount the others.
HK and IG-88, especially the latter, were two of the most notorious killers of their time. Well, not HK so much, but his droid-type was. IG has perhaps the heaviest armament a droid can have, so I'd give him a fair chance of holding off one of the bounty hunters, say Montross? HK would be of not as much use, perhaps staving off or distracting Mareel for a couple of moments. Oh crap, forgot about Durge!
I'd say that Durge could take one of the Fetts. He and Assaj took out a team of five Jedi, the only survivor being Kenobi. Not to mention he IS armed extremely heavily, perhaps moreso than either of the Fetts. He is also a Gen'Dai, capable of literally pulling himself back together after severe injury. So I'd say he could take out a Fett, or at the very least give them hell.
And that dude from Shadow Hunter? Could I have some info on him?
Back to Grievous. . .
This leaves the droid General to square off against one of the Fetts and Canderous, unless I can fairly say that the droid from SH can stand against either. Now, alone, I'd say Grievous could take either, maybe not Canderous, but probably a Fett. But since this isn't the Mandalore version of Ordo, I'm gonna go on a whim and say he could kill one and stall/kill the other, probably kill him. This is with the droid from SH however. I think it could serve some purpose.
Now, this leaves Grievous standing (I say the other died), along with Durge victorious, IG still battling, and the HK destroyed. So, Montross is engaged in a fight, most likely winning it, and Jaster. Grievous attacks montross and kills him, but IG dies in the process. And Durge fights Jaster, killing him. Droids win.
But that scenario with Boba and Ordo against Grievous and I5-YQ could go the other way if I5 sucks, giving the Mandalorians a win. In fact, this may be more likely. . . .
And Vengeance, FYI Grievous can in fact deflect blasters and the ilk, as shown in LOE.
Well what can the Mandalorians do to hurt Grievous? He took a direct from a lightsaber and laughed. Kenobi had to open his chest plates which were already damaged by Mace Windu.
He was hit by one of his body guards weapons, not a lightsaber. His chest is also exposed. They can shoot him. Canderous could probably beat him in melee. They were able to beat Jedi in melee, so they could beat GG.
