Last Day

Times in darkness
there aint any lightness
less reason to survive
Even if u have a husband or wife
Darkness is calling
Things are waiting........
Drugs selled across the street
Hidden in tea,Coffoe,candy, and MEAT.
You fight and fight to live
You try with guns and knives
You find your place in the hood
You think you can take care of your baby girl (like you should)
She cries for you not to leave tonight
She falls asleep....
And you sneak
Next day........
No sight of dady and the lady downstairs says "thats just a gangs way"
The next day.......
She gets worried and starts to cry over the last time she saw you...(last day)
She turns on tv guess who she sees
She sees you under a yellow blanket on your own streets...Johnny and Lees
Your killed in yet another gang fight
Last day after you left her...that night....
And yet still come more children
Who are sent to foster homes cause thier dadys die and leave them

I guess its what you make of it.
But the more mistakes you make you wanna take it.
Thats when you try to keep it togeather + try to be strong
and forget all the chit you've done wrong.
So you try to start over but this time do things right
But your doing the same chit by the end of the night
You've got to try harder cause thats what you need
But your not going to quick not without speed
So instead of running into that brick wall you always hit
Go toward life and make the best of it.

Life is what you make of it
Like the verse above you will hit a brick wall
and thats when the people that you see as
friends go on the other side and
wait for you to come back to the other side cause theres no friends
that realyy ride so keep it true because you got your whole life ahead of you.
