Oh it wasn't running a gauntlet thing lol. It was just go next to each character and say if he could or can not beat that person; given the circumstances. Thanks for replying though, I will answer my own list after a while. I am at free time school
Wolverine could likely still beat some of these people. He IS an A level martial artist with a little bit of enhanced strength and speed, after all. I'd say that Captain America and Daredevil would be able to take him, though. Black Panther could take him WITH his healing factor, and Batman would use some gasses or something, and knock him out.
It'll be a lot harder, Wolverine will no longer have his one hit kills. However, Wolverine will be likely stalemate Cap, perhaps the same for Daredevil. He'd lose to Sabretooth and Black Panther.
No. . Without his Spider sense, Captain America, Daredevil, and Black Panther will take him down. As will Sabretooth. He'll still be able to beat the Goblin (how many times has he beaten the goblin without his spider sense already?)
Yeah, many street level martial artists that lack enhanced physiologies. He wouldn't do badly against Shang Chi, Iron fist, etc. Captain America would wreck him about 8/10, Daredevil would walk atop him, Wolverine would murder him....
But regular people of his level? Sure.
He could take T'Challa assuming that T'Challa was stripped of his weaponry as well, otherwise no. He could take Daredevil, and likely the goblin as well...

Here Logan wouldn't beat anyone. For shocker and punisher it depends on their starting distance. Cap would win because is skills are comparable but he has a shield for extreme advantage. Batman has gas.

Yes to DD, BP, Shocker, Sabertooth. Because his reflexes operate up to 40 times faster than a human. That means he can see a bullet traveling at 25mph. Thus them in slow motion or still motion. Plus he can punch with more than bullet force and speed. Thus kill or KOing these guys instantly. Goblin would win though. He flys and has unavoidable weapons (without spidersense) for spidey.
Can Batman beat anyone on his level or above without his Belt
Well if they are on his level then it is a stalemate by defn.
Remember a level is defined as skill + experience. But if you factor in bat's suit then yes he wins all the time (provided the foe has no equivalent armor).

Blank panther is iffy. I might say no since BP has throwing weapons and claws. Gob is a no (stronger super durable faster better reflexes and weapons). And DD is a no (he can't touch him). Thus all no. But BP is iffy.

BP has his weapons and suit enhances him, but depends on how Spiderman fights; he has web and still is faster and all that jazz. lol You seriously think that Spidey could KO Sabertooth instanly? He can't beat DD because he can't touch him. DD senses nerve impulses before you strike. And wolverine has nerves. Who cares (Batman has gas).

You don't understand. I argue on this forum using a character's true abilities. If spidey can see a bullet moving in slow motion (25mph) then how fast do you think he will see any of these characters move. In still motion of course. Yet he will be able to move as fast as the bullet in this still motion awareness. Thus they are all sitting ducks who are paralyzed under his relatively and speed.
