Does anyone remember this trippy cartoon show? I was struggling to remembering the name of it. All I recalled was that it was uber weird and began with a "Z". It was funded and created by some hippy guy back in 1990.

Here is a pic of a couple of the show's main characters. Aaaahhh memories...How they linger.
