How would you make Sin City 2 and 3?
Alright, here's a scenario. If you haven't read all the Sin City books, you might not be able to answer this.
Robert Rodriguez and Frank Miller have asked you to plan out Sin City 2 and 3. Which books/stories do you put in which movies?
Given that the first movie used The Hard Goodbye, The Big Fat Kill, That Yellow Bastard, and the short story, The Customer is Always Right, you have this to work with:
- A Dame to Kill For
- Family Values
- Hell and Back
And some short stories:
- Just Another Saturday Night
- Fat Man and Little Boy
- Silent Night
- And Behind Door Number Three...
- Blue Eyes
- Rats
- Daddy's Little Girl
- Wrong Turn
- Wrong Track
- The Babe Wore Red

Hell and Back has the most potential. And Silent Night is a great short story.
And maybe Family Values. That has some funny dialogue.

Yeah, I love how Dwight goes on and on about the car in Family Values.
But anyway, Sin City 2 is pretty much set for mostly A Dame to Kill For I guess, plus a new story featuring Nancy Callahan. Personally, I'd mix in one or two of the stories featuring Blue Eyes. That way, her character's already introduced for Hell and Back to be in Sin City 3. I'd have Family Values weaved with that one too.
