I'm hearing Romero failed. A friend of mine knows this guy in the industry, so the 'rumors' are that it's a pile of shit. I looked into it, and they pretty much say the same thing on Bloody Disgusting Horror

I enjoyed 'Land of the Dead', and I thought it was somewhat underrated. 'Diary...' was garbage, and I was hoping this would be great.
