Sonic the Hedgehog tec is so vastly superior to Mario's that it's ridiculous, and Eggman and Tails are the two most brilliant minds in it. Shadow wins. And even then he probably hops off the bike half way in and runs the rest of the way.

what? a Taxi flew to the deepest reachs of space very quickly...and Orbulon also has an IQ of 300 as well...Dr.Crygor has knowledge in machines...together at the least can build a super-fast bike...lets not forget the X-Nauts or Bowsers riding machine...there is advanced tech in Mario's Universe...who knows? maybe more advanced than Sonic's Universe just less relied on...
