It's a shame, I thought Dooku would do better considering his record of taking multiple opponents at the same time (ex. Ventress and Opress, three nightsisters while drugged, etc.).

It depends of Malgus and Satele's versions.
Against "Return" Malgus and Satele, i give it to Dooku. Easily.
Against Malgus and Vindican, Satele was non-factor.
Darach was, on the other hand, a challange for them both. And I believe, that Dooku is a far more powerful then Darach.

Against "Hope" Malgus and Satele... I have no idea. They both became much stronger since Korriban.
