Omnipotent Battle Question

So been wondering for a while who the true omnipotent of DC is. Heres a list

The presence
The great evil beast
The primal monitor (over monitor)
Cosmic armor superman
Thanos with Heart of the universe

So whos the true omnipotent and if they all fought who would win

primal monitor is DC's top dog. thanos isnt a DC character

thought robot isn't omnipotent.

that title goes to the presence without a doubt.

the presence didn't stalemate the great evil beast, he simply merged with him and was keeping balance.

here it's quite clear that they didn't fight, otherwise there would be a certain amount of collateral damage (swamp thing v2 #50)

as for the over-monitor, well, it appeared in 1 issue, there is quite an amount of 'supposedly' supreme beings in DC that have been referenced or shown in 1 issue just like over-monitor who is no different from them.
