I wasnt expecting much when I watched it on netflix and enjoyed it, what were others thoughts about the movie?

Was excited when I heard about it, cos I like the lead actor and Vikings in general.
But it turned out to be a fail art-house pile of shit.

I watched this a long time ago OnDemand with much the same anticipation that the 'tard had and was very disappointed. Think I fell asleep during it. It's very slow and boring.

I liked it a lot. It's not an action movie, it's surreal and very metaphysical. Top notch cinematography and sound design combine to make a very creepy and unnerving atmosphere that worked for me but it's definitely not for everyone.
