power and speed aswell as durability should go to Ichigo

However.

Hax powers and immortality go to Raziel

no matter how many clashes Ichigo might win Raziel will be victorious in the end...

Raziel admitted to being harmed by humans, the only thing saving his was his regeneration. He's never taken or regened from a city buster nor does he have any speed feats

But the thing is no matter what Ichigo does. Raziel will just keep coming back again, again and again.

Plus Raziel have soul stealing known as Soul Reaver witch is threat to Ichigo.

He goes back to the spirit realm when he dies. He can only come back via use of a portal or a dead body lying around

Portals are created by the Elder God, so outside help and the latter would be a biased battleground in favor of Raziel, thus disallowed in a neutral battleground

Soul Reaver will never hit. Raziel is far too slow to matter against any Bleach character who can throw their weight. Frankly

What would be your respond if Raziel does so happen hit Ichigo.

Has Ichigo ever been position to be strike by weapons that can steal souls?

Raziel soul reaver blade has element of Light, Dark, Wind, Earth, Water and Fire reaver. Not to mention telekinesis.

I say before Ichigo faster but Raziel has a tools to slow down Ichigo.

A Water reaver. To freeze him.

B Light reaver. To blind him.

C Dark Reaver. To stay invisible and strike him down.

E. Fire Reaver. To burn him.

But most important part is that Raziel has telekinesis to hold Ichigo down
