Things like this is why I like Bill O'Reilly so much. He tells it like it is just as Trump does and doesn't worry about PC bullshit. He's the best journalist I've ever seen or heard.

Most people believe Evolution not because they themselves are dumb, but cause they trust the "experts" who are feeding them evolutionary fast food, and so they don't bother questioning whether or not it's true.

His show ("Spin Factor") is so awesome. In fact, I've started to record them because I'm not always able to watch them them when they first air. Now that I think about it, I think his show starts right about now or in an hour, anyway.

He is a commentator, which 99% of all "journalists" are... He is just kind enough to claim he isn't unbiased"
I'm assuming your last point was about the vids being "edited," the same activist group released the unedited tapes on there website. PP is selling parts, which is sort of gray area legal, but they are accused of doing unethical abortions in order to keep key body parts intact, so to sell for higher profit.
No, that was in regards to older claims. What Fox used as a defense to not have to write a retraction. 'Entertainment company"
IIRC, PP is not selling body parts and what they do is outright legal, the hearing cleared PP. The fees discussed where for storage and logistics of donated tissues, nothing to do with tissue/parts for profit.
In regards of doing "unethical abortions", again, the hearing cleared PP and the CEO.
No it didn't, they just didn't charge them with anything... Which is more than likely a result of the partisan bs that stops the government from functioning.
Our justice system has been broken for a loooong time.

Never really followed the whole PP controversy really well as I was busy with RL stuff at the time. Are you saying that it was never a proven lie (as some people here seem to strongly imply), just simply unproven?
So, from what I'm hearing, the money they collected were "handling fees" for the tissue collected?

But for it to be a lie (rather than an unproven allegation), there has to be indisputable evidence of an intention to decieve, wouldn't it? Innocent until proven guilty.
So your argument is 'O'Reilly didn't lie, he's just ignorant'? Okay then.
It's also more than just an unproven allegation, there was a hearing, PP is still up and receiving funding. Seems to me if the hearing could have proved something negative, they would have.
