hm, good one. ikaris prime might be too much, though i don't remember seeing too large of a boost in his power levels now that i think about it, but i think i'd take rich against standard ikaris. ike has quite a bit of firepower, and some versatility, but nothing rich can't counter. this is close. no one is sweeping that's for sure.

Close one.

I've never been overly impressed by Ike Harris. He has all the tools at his disposal but always seems to swing kind of low.

Even so I'd probably see this as an even split.

Ike rates himself roughly on par with Odinson in strength. Do you guys believe him?

Ikaris is definitely stronger and more physically powerful but Nova Prime is overall more powerful, and even more versatile. This would be a good fight. Nova Prime was a beast.

I'd give Nova Prime an edge over regular Ikaris but I guess I'd give Ikaris Prime the edge over Nova Prime outside of Nova Force shenanigans like dropping a Stargate on his face and destroying the planet for a forced bfr.

Where? The only time I can think of a direct comparison, he directly admitted Thor was stronger:

Ikaris claimed the difference wasn't vast, but it certainly looked like it! Thor proved equal to a massively amped Gilgamesh, who plowed through Ikaris, Atlo (Ikaris' equal or close to in strength) etc. Even base Hero was stronger than Ikaris and equal to Hercules.

Semantics. When he says the difference between them is like the difference between two battling mammoths it's equivalent to saying roughly on par.

The question was whether you believed it or not, but you did answer that albeit round aboutly.

I see your point, but when I read roughly on par, I think the difference is negligible. Ikaris flat out said they are stronger but the difference is not huge*. I'd argue even if that is true, that small difference is enough to create drastically different results in a fight.

Superman and Wonder Woman may both be relatively elite in strength, but that difference can come off as pretty vast.

*Whether that's Ikaris' pride and bravado inaction is unclear.

I think his ability to one-shot Ares is a far bigger testament to him having Thor level strength than the Gilgamesh example:

Ikaris has fought Apocalypse, Namor (Actually looked more powerful), Red Hulk (Looked more powerful imo), and Hercules (Peer) etc. and looked like a solid class 100 in strength.

I think his comparison to Thor are weaker than most of his track record:

Metabo was particularly deadly against Eternal's because he could absorb their power/attacks, but even after becoming strong enough to manhandle Ikaris, he was no match for Thor.

Idk what class 50 even means in practical terms in marvel.

Even a human sized boulder can be 50 tons.
