Superman vs Nemesis
Nemesis from Resident Evil Series is Invading Metropolis and Killing its citizens while Superman hears the disturbance and heads out to confront the creature. The Metropolis Police is clearly overmatched by Nemesis, and Superman saves two officers from being killed. Nemesis is initially surprised by Superman's strength, but throws him aside and manages to claw into his chest.
