Who can beat Cosmic Comic Spider-Man?

The Cosmic Comic allows Spider-Man (and Mysterio) to alter the comic in many different ways and control it however they'd like. The powers include freezing characters in the comic itself (until the reader turns the page), lift up and survive having "all reality inside and outside comics" breaking down on top of him, manipulate the narrative, interact with authors, etc.

So who could beat this character?

Isn't Mxy still bound to the narrative to some extent? How would he overpower a being that controls the plot entirely?

On a whim, Mxy gave Calendar Man a derby hat and crossing-out pen, which allowed him to control the narrative/plot of the issue.

I haven't read the Spidey issue, but the meta/4th Wall feats mentioned in the OP certainly don't seem to exceed Mxy's scope.

Obviously "The Writer" as shown in Animal Man, whether Grant Morrison or whomever.

Fables had a group of characters name "Literaries", each an aspect of the writing process. The most powerful outright altered reality by writing it down in a notebook.

IIRC Mxy was changing the panels and such with the hat, but the Cosmic Comic allowed Spider-Man to basically do the same stuff, but also showed him the entire history of comics/novels and manga across all of Marvel.

But Mxy also says he can't change too many things because it could mess with Hypertime, the Cosmic Comic basically allows you to rewrite the story entirely.

Mxy can do the same across all of his incarnations and media -- be it TV shows, toys, games, coloring books, etc.

Mxy can manipulate Hypertime to his whims(such a feat is well within the power of even lower-level Imps, like Qwsp.) However, he generally chooses not to manipulate reality in such a way because he likes to preserve his 3D playground.
