So they've taken Man Of Steel literally? The suit up close looks like intricate chain mail.
The music in the trailer is not a preview of what we will hear next year. Hans Zimmer is doing the score, but it's his work from The Thin Red Line that's used in the footage.

"But I have been told details of one specific scene in particular, in which Superman breaks apart a building and uses the building itself as a weapon in some kind of ‘super martial art’ fashion. “Girders as throwing stars” was the specific example I was given."
I saw the teaser from before Dark Knight tonight. Didn't show as much as what was shown at comicon, but what little i did see, I have to admit I liked.
They played a short one, showing Clark [SPOILER - highlight to read]: in what looked like Alaska as a fisherman, like he'd left his life behind or something. Costner's voice (Pa Kent) talks about how when he grows up, a man has to make a decision about what he's going to be in life. We see shots of Clark as a child running around Kent farm with a red cape. Then we see a distant (but close enough to make out colours) shot of Superman ascending through the clouds, breaking the sound barrier as he accelerates.
[SPOILER - highlight to read]: In the comicon one, crowe has his very australian, very thick accent. plus, the teaser i saw actually showed a picture of costner as pa.
apparently it was Russel Crowe in my trailer because they made two. Both exactly the same but narrated by two different people. Pa kent and Jor-El. They had different lines.
Is there an extended trailer that was shown at Comic Con? Or was it the same trailer with just Crowe talking? I read some comments about how the Comic Con trailer got people pumped and showed more footage like Zod, Lois and other things.
