Harmy's Despecialized Editions?

What does everyone think of this?

I'm a fan of Adywan's versions.

I haven't heard of that. I liked Harmy's editions except there are a couple of bits that look really naff - like in the Sail Barge scene in RotJ where there's a panorama of the landspeeders going across the sand and it looks really messy.

What's the difference?

He has his own version with added effects, color corrections (the 2004 DVDs ****ed this up and they haven't fixed it officially) and little tweaks. Not all the effects worked, but a lot did. I suggest checking it out at least. His version of ESB will be released later this year.

Check out the comparison video.
