Return of the Jedi
Star Wars: The Clone Wars
Revenge of the Sith
The Phantom Menace
Attack of the Clones.
I decided to re-watch the last two and decided to put TPM above AOTC. At least TPM I can see Lucas actually trying to do stuff different with the Prequel Trilogy, however since so many people seemed to hate the new changes he decided to bring back Stormtroopers, Star Destroyers, and whatnot.

A feeling of fullness, of power, of dark and demon mastery -- of secret lusts, unrestrained passion, wild submission -- all these things were in Vader's heart as he neared his Emperor. These things and more."
1. Return of the Jedi
2. A New Hope
3. Empire Strikes Back (I hated watching the good guys lose as a kid)
4. Revenge of the Sith
5. Phantom Menace
6. Attack of the Clones
I remember being so excited for it to come on tv and then wondering what the HECK I was watching. Seeing Chewbacca at home with his family had sounded like a cool idea, but....... No.
New Hope gets points for being the first we all saw back then and generating so much excitement and starting the phenomenon. And being a lover of 70s cinema, I also love the gritty old-school feel, the pacing, and even the dialogue. Meeting the droids and Vader, and Alec Guinness. For a guy who allegedly thought the script was childish tripe, he acted the heck out of his part and made me, at least, as a youngster think the Force was the coolest, deepest thing ever. I also think that Artoo was an incredible collaborative achievement between the prop designers, Kenny Baker, Ben Burtt and the script.
