I love that you’re currently putting this much faith into the title of ‘The Sith Inquisitor’ as if the quote doesn’t state ‘an Inquisitor’. The actual quote discusses the blades an Inquisitor ‘often uses’ and general skillsets. It is evidently referring to the rank, and not Nox.
Furthermore, as I already stated, Nox would continue to train as an Inquisitor, yes, but the quote wouldn’t apply to training outside of that Sith rank. Inquisitors generally are as good with a blade, but one who specialises and excels in the force wouldn’t automatically keep as linearly proficient with a blade, as said specialisation would not be as ‘an inquisitor’.
And for the record, literally every (canon to the story) advanced class mission makes it clear that no Sith specialises in both. Jack of all trades, master of none and all that.

I like how we have Karness Muur taking on Vong Krayt in a duel; apparently taking the advantage, yet people also think that Muur and those who scale from him are all sub-Bondara. 10/10.

Are you suggesting that "The" Sith Inquisitor wouldn't also be "An" Inquisitor? Because it would be hilarious if you were actually trying to make that argument. As I've stated previously, Nox is an Inquisitor and so any accolades that are ascribed to Inquisitors are applied to them as well. Nox shares in their skillset so everything is also applied to them.
Since you concede that Nox continued to train as an Inquisitor then you are conceding that the quote applies them them. Your speculation about how their training works doesn't overturn that. Its just as likely that although they trained in additional Force abilities, their skill and training with a blade continued to run parallel with the ability with them. No, wait, its actually not merely as likely, its stated to be a fact.
Even if an Inquisitors combat style is not focused around lightsaber fighting, that doesn't mean that their skill with a blade couldn't be equal to their skill at wielding the Force. Besides, several top Force users are equal in both aspects. Its the norm in fact, I'd argue.
