I don't like some of the facial expressions but I do like the general aesthetic and coloring. It has a whimsical, exotic nature that reminds me of the old TotJ comics.

gg, it’s good they’re expanding a bit more on the abilities of your average padawans. As some people also said in the versus threads, Legends Jedi seem to operate at a higher level compared to thei canon counterparts, but I guess that with the new releases canon Jedi will get some cool feats too
Not really sure those two are suppose to be average given what is noted about them, still it's a nice feat the two of them together are holding up raining debris.
So the Drengir... They are a form of carnivorous/sentient plant life who are "profoundly" connected to the dark side -- their aim is to devour all non-botanical life forms across the galaxy.
At some point the Drengir were encountered by ancient Sith, who considered them a significant threat and bound them to a space station with a set of Force dampening statues they poured their power/darkness into.
The High Republic Jedi stumbled upon this station, found the statues, and inadvertently freed the Drengir.

Well organic beings who want to get rid of anything non living, at least sounds similar to the Vong MO of wanting/hating anything technology related that wasn’t organic.
Yeah, it was the large central piece of debris, imo.
They weren't even attempting to deflect the smaller debris beforehand -- but when that thing appeared, the Jedi immediately began holding it off to avoid complete annihilation.
It's one of the better TK feats in canon.
