What’s Disney gonna do with them?
After the release of the first issue of the new comic series “Inquisitors” we’ve reached the record number of 3 groups working autonomously to refound the other Order.
1)One of them is obviously Luke’s party, and we know how that ends…
2)Then we have The Path. While initially the Path was created to simply help Jedi survivors find a new identity and hide, in 9 BBY they’ve relocated to the hidden planet of Tanalor and are trying to rebuild a Jedi order there. Part of this group are the Jedi Cal Kestis and Quinlan Vos (so maybe Ventress too?), nighsister Merrin and all those force sensitive children they saved, including Kata Akuna.
3)Our last addition to this group is Tensu Run. Tensu is a Jedi knight who is trying to found a new Jedi order on some remote agricultural planet alongside two fellow survivors, the Umbaran Uhron and the human Tal Deserec.
Yet by the time of the tv series “Ahsoka”, it still sounds like only Luke’s order is around. I don’t see Disney killing off all these characters (Especially Cal’s group), yet there is no reason for them to avoid joining Luke after the defeat of the empire. Where the heck are they?

Like you said, we know how Luke's faction ends.
Cal's faction is still set in the chronological past. A lot can happen in that time, because yeah, it doesn't seem like they were still a thing by the ST.
I'm sure Vader or the Inquisitors will wipe out Tensu Run by the end of the comic series. So that will go away.
The only "NJO" that possibly has a chance of survival at this point is whatever group Rey ends up founding in the future.... Which will probably be a more idealistic faction of new Jedi, considering she knows the faults of the bureaucratic PT Jedi, and also has the ancient texts to help guide her.

Tbh I could see Cal's group somehow ending up stuck on Tanalor, unable to leave and reach the rest of the galaxy again, maybe after some conflict against a new foe. And i could see Disney write a story about Rey's NJO randomly making contact with them

Tensu Run and his fellas may actually legit survive, well probably some will die in the last issue but I can see his hidden Jedi order to survive, as the imperials haven’t located his base yet and he is the one drawing Darth Vader to him

The most recent issue of the Inquisitors comic has Tensu Run interested in directly challenging the Inquisitors' boss. Seems Tensu Run's hubris is about to be his downfall in the next issue. I don't see him surviving Vader or the Grand Inquisitor.

The series is called Inquisitors. Yeah the first two issues were decent, the third less so, but yeah you may enjoy reading it

Ok I finished this series. Tbh I was kinda disappointed because while I knew Tensu couldn’t feasibly win… I expected him to do something impactful that may help the other Jedi. In the end, it was all for nothing. Also, Tensu acted just very dumbly in this last issue. He asked the inquisitors to come after him, I expected him to set up an ambush, some kind of trap within the Temple, but his plan was just “Let’s fly towards them while completely outnumbered only to bail out when just one of us dies”.
Moreover, I feel like this issue would have benefitted from like a dozen more pages. I liked that we delved a bit in the last of the GI and the Fifth Bro, but I feel like more could have been done

Also, Vader was totally unnecessary. Why not let the inquisitors have a good kill for once? They only killed fodders so far…

Yeah, the ending felt very, very rushed. No idea why they bothered bringing Vader in, should have just let the Grand Inquisitor get the win

Btw I re-read the last issue, Tensu was doing pretty good against the GI, 7th Sister and 9th sister. He was blocking their strikes, force-pushed the 7th Sis against a wall, out-manouvered the 9th. Would have been cool if, instead of Vader cheapshotting him, they had him fight the Inquistors to death. Hope they show this character again, maybe during the clone wars
