Force Lightning
In the movies only, who has the capabilities of using Force Lightning? Is is just Sidious and Yoda. I can't remember if Yoda generated any of his own, or just deflected it. I don't remember Dooku or Vader ever being able to do it either.

Plus...it is the lightning that seals Vader's fate. When he lifts up Palpatine, the lightning goes through him and destroys the inner workings of his suit, meaning he can't survive. If you seriously thought him losing a hand would kill him, get real! __________________
