I wanna know, if this is just X-Men in particular.... Or if it's the other groups as well.

If it's an Open Group choosing......... Then Magneto all the way !! I've always been attracted to his Billowing Cloak and his Helmet. Heh heh !!

My Marvel Series Favs were, Rogue and Gambit (( I can not stand Jean Grey and Cyclops... ))

I love Quicksilver, Gambit, Colossus, X-man and Cable but I really don't like Kitty Pryde or Jubilee! Do some of those count as X-men?

I'd have to say that I am a fan of definitely Storm, because, there are days that I would like to be able to create storms that would destroy everything in their path. Rogue, because I'm able to relate with her powers. And Jean Greay as Phoenix, because the mind is a terrible thing to waste.
