whats worse is, if you drink more then 15 bottles of water a day, you're ****ed, cause that is the maximum amount of water your kidneys can filter.
Doing this can:
Reduce kidney function.
Cause hyponatremia - A condition that occurs when the level of sodium in the blood is too low.
And if hyponatremia isn't bad enough...
There's water intoxication, so now there's alcohol poisoning, and water intoxication:
"Drinking too much water can decrease sodium in the blood to dangerously low levels, causing mild to life-threatening problems. People who participate in endurance activities, such as a marathon or triathlon, are at risk."
"Confusion, nausea, and vomiting are symptoms. Severe cases can cause seizures, coma, and death."
Gonna be smarter with water consumption since apparently it can cause kidney damage, hyponatremia, and water intoxication.
Damn you, even with my water consumption and exercises I'm still somewhat overweight, but thats okay though, I don't think its enough to affect my health, weight-wise.
