I believe those were random. UXM.Net makes summaries for recent issues possible... like the Civil War issues. I think that's the hottest phenomenon in the whole Marvel Universe right now. However, they don't just make summaries and updates issues but also other stuffs like character bio, etc.

Definitely a cool fan site.
