this is the 3rd time i changed this thread
so ill just tell u what i did at the gym today
I did a leg day and it was very hard it was prolly the worst leg day i ever had so after the leg day not only did i vomit i almost fall twice cause my knees gave in but i first the second time almost passed out but all i know if my legs dont grow after a leg workout like that then nothing will so it was a succeeesful workout then its a great feeling knowing i get to sleep in tommarow and dont have to walk ne where

the first two times i made this thread it was about tired hiker thats why i was surprised no one came cause when u see tired hiker as the thread name i would think everyone would come
