They used mostly Quenya in the movies but in the books, I think mostly Sindarin is used.

They use mostly Sindarin in the movies.

Quenya are only one of Gandalfs spells at the gates of moria (Ando Eldarinwa, a Lasta Quettanya, Fenda Casarinwa!)

Frodos sentence "Aiya Earendil Elenion Ancalima"

Elronds "Nai tiruvantel ar varyuvantel i Valar tielyanna nu vilya!"

Sarumans "Cuiva nwalca Carnirassë! Nai yarvaxëa rasselya taltuva ñotto-carinnar!"

And Galadriels Namarie but this was also sometimes used by sindarin speakers

Im, ú-bedin i-lam edhellen

THanks for the list

But please think of the fact that this IS NOT TOLKIEN ELVISH.
It's Isdira, a new so-called elvish language. It's based on Tolkiens elvish which means it uses the same roots for the words but in for tolkien eldarin impossible constructions. Easier than tolkiens elvish, thus used for roleplaying. but NOT REAL ELVISH.

Compare the upper sentences to their tolkien correspontants:

Elen síla lumenn'omentielvo
Ai na vedui (means "oh, here (you) are finally", vedui meaning "last"; il like ilú "all" but different language)
Aiya

THere are NO double vowels in Eldarin and NO double consonants at the beginning of words; also no letters like z, sh in later Eldarin (early quenya yes)
