Comp Problems

this has nothing to do with KMC but I can't figgure it out!
I have a portal Worm on my comp! I've tryed EVERYTHING, system restore locks down, Virus Scann locks down, EVERYTHING!!!!
How do I get rid of it! It wont let me play any games or install anything!
Help!!!

depands on the worm...some worms jam files on u're sistem...so there isn't any antivirus scan to fix that...
But still you gotta check it online...there is a very good one,that you can find it only online...can't remember the name...I'll go and search..

I know its a worm bacause my computer genius friend told me and I know it's not spyware because I allready have Spy-bot search and Destroy and its the first thing i ran and it still don't work.

Fire: Tryed it and it re-boots my comp halfway through the scan.

tpt: hit the link, than click on "here" in "Download the binary installer for Microsoft Windows and source code here."

than click on "clamwin-0.1c-setup.exe", let it download and install it... that's the scanner, run it and you should get rid of it smile

or spend some money on a second HD, or borrow one install that one and run your comp from that HD to get to your files, or format one partition and reinstall your OS
