spiderman is basically an upgraded daredevil than can see. both have their strengths, but spiderman is accustomed to fighting people even above his level of power, and winning. i think he's too much for daredevil

Spiderman  Daredevil has the heightened senses, but so does spiderman and he can see too. He is stronger, faster and more agile.

spiderman doesnt have heightened senses, he has one extra sense. that doesnt come into it.Its just the strength and speed.If DD had half spidey's strength and speed, he'd kick his arse!!
