It wouldnt be Venom and Spidey anyway, Carnage is still stronger than Spiderman. it would come down to Carnage and Venom.

I don't recall how it happened exactly. But I remember them fighting and Venom almost killing him.

I don't follow Venom series but I know someone who does and in the comic I read, they fought and Venom seemed way way stronger. Not sure if it was aided or not. Going by what I read. Anyway, it's off topic.

Seeming stronger, and actually being stronger are two different things. Venom is class 11, and Carnage is class 25. Unless Venom took some symbiote steroids, he isn't beating Carnage.
