RAR help

OK, I have about 60 files, all .RAR's, and all combining together to form a large .ISO

when i run WinRAR it installs most of it, but when it gets to a certain point, it says "cannot extract files larger than 4gig because you don't have an NTFS drive"

can anyone recommend a programme or a way around this?
