Worried The Smiles Are Not Moving

Not only here, but also at other sites. I didn't care about it, but it's been a week I WANT THE SMILES TO MOVE!

Don't format your drive. Thats not the problem.

I'm assuming you're using IE?
Click Tools->Internet Options, then click the Advanced option. Scroll down to the picture section and make sure the one that says enable animation is checked.

Better advice would be to dump IE and to www.GetFireFox.com
