Ultimate Thor vs. Ultimate Hulk happened already, right? Thor short-circuited Hulk's brain or something. Didn't read it, but I've heard it referenced on the forums a couple times. Anyway, U. Hulk's kind of a pansy compared to 616...Thor takes it, even though he seems less than his 616 self too.

well they fought in the first Ultimates storyline where Thor joined late in the fight to stop Hulk. He did well but got sent knocked flying by Hulk. there was no clear winner...............
