Not sure bout Myers, but I think he's (C) because I've seen him use both hands with the kinfe.
As for Freddy, I'm not sure about this either, but I watched Last House On The Left last night and there was a character with the name Kreug, so probably from there.

Fred is the name of the bully that used to pick on Wes and Krueger is an extention of the name Krue which was a character used in Wes' movie "Last House On The Left.
