Plastic Man by far. He became Godzilla sized to fight Fernus.

Plastic Man is an Omni-shaper, he's the better stretcher.

Mr. Fantastic is a cheap copy. Plastic Man not might be as smart but he has shown to be the better stretcher.

Plastic's fight with Fernus was awesome. At one point he became a 30-something story tall guy that looked like a cross between a giant Lego robot and something from Transformers or Power Rangers.
He whips Reed's ass in this department.
