What is parasite's strength level before he absorbs someone?
I'll say Rogue , she's pretty tough even w/out absorbing anyone.

If Parasite's trading blows with superman and WW he's probably already taken some of their strength, or is at least in the process of doing so.
I'm guessing Rogue and Parasite's powers wouldn't work too well on each other so it probably comes down to who can beat the hell out of the other one first.
If Parasite can fly without having to steal that power, then he might give Rogue some trouble. If not I'd still say Rogue takes it.
