I like both for some reason.

While the older one had more humor and the feel, the newer one had the strory and seriousness.

ironcally the newer cartoon is based on the orginal comics...the old cartoon is all tooned up for kids..me being a young man I can proudly say I watch the current run. but basically the turtles are still the same in both toons...Leo the leader. Don the brain, Raph the angry smart ass and Mikey the hopeful happy go lucky child.
