Zeiss VS Taskmaster: hand to hand combat fight!

The carbon copy of Taskmaster VS the orginal one!

Who will win?

Everybody know who Tasky is, here is Zeiss:

quote:
Philo Zeiss’s parents died when he was very young, and he was sent to live with his uncle, who was the gardener on a large estate in Zurich, Switzerland. His uncle was old, and died when he was not even a teenager, so the owner of the estate took young Zeiss in. The owner, a powerful Sicilian mobster, said he saw potential in the young man, that he had the “grey eyes of death in his head.”

Zeiss started watching the Sicilian’s enforcers, and then began to train. He was taught the martial arts and weapons, and became the enforcer and bodyguard for the Sicilian. And at the behest of the Sicilian, Zeiss had a procedure done to him, on his eyes and brain, to make him the best fighter he could be. With the implants, and the goggles that allowed him to access them, Zeiss was a new man.

Eventually, Zeiss found his way to Gotham City, and was hired by the Penguin to counter the Batman. Penguin set up some robberies to allow Zeiss to observe Batman so he knew his style, and Zeiss decided to take on Batman. During the confrontation and robbery, a man named Jeremy Samuels, an old friend of Bruce Wayne’s who had fallen on hard times and into the employ of the Penguin, died. Zeiss had earned a place on the list of Batman’s most wanted.

When Zeiss next encountered Batman, he was working as the bodyguard for retired mob figure Lew Moxon, protecting him from assassins. When Batman came to confront Moxon, Zeiss chased after him, leaving his charge. Moxon was shot by Deadshot, crippled, and Zeiss’s goggles were damaged. Zeiss had a jeweler repair his goggles, and killed the deliveryman. He begged the Moxons’ to take him back, but when Batman found the deliveryman’s corpse, and was able to trace it back to Zeiss, Moxon let Batman take him away.

When Catwoman was causing problems for mob capo Junior Galante, the Penguin helped Junior spring Zeiss from jail, and had him start a reign of terror against Catwoman’s friends, saying it would draw out Batman. He stabbed Slam Bradley, killed innocent bystanders, and made Catwoman’s life miserable. When the two finally fought, Zeiss used his abilities to make short work of Catwoman. Just before he was about to kill her, cultists who had come to take Catwoman stabbed him from behind. Batman found his body, and handed it over to the authorities. Zeiss was freed by Galante again, and taken as his bodyguard. At the big meeting of Gotham’s mob families, Zeiss abandoned Galante so he could take his revenge on Lew Moxon, killing him and then fleeing.

The experimental procedure that Zeiss had performed on him implanted technology in his brain and eyes. With this tech and his goggles, Zeiss can record physical actions and replay them. He can alter their speed, and commit them to memory. He is well trained in martial arts, and is in peak physical shape.

He single-handedly kicked Batman's ass in their first encounter, and was able to do the same to Catwoman. He has increased reflexes because the modifations in his brain, so everything seems to move in slow motion to him.

I THINK that Taskmaster could beat him...but I am not sure. What do you think?

Basically, this guy doesn't do the same thing as Task does. He doesn't actually duplicate physical movements - he just sees them in slow motion or whatever, records them, and can even play them backwards to study them. So Taskmaster's ability to switch 'styles' won't be much of an advantage here.

I'll have to think.
