Based on the ultimate marvel universe charecters

The ultimate six (Green Goblin, Doctor Octopus , Electro , Kraven , Sandman and Spider-man)

Vs.

Ultimate X-men (Cyclops , Marvel girl , storm , Beast , Colossuss, Wolverine)

So who would win?

How is Spidey in the Ultimate 6?

Anyway, Ultimate Kraven doesn't even have powers and got floored by a half-powered Spidey punch. Storm can deal with Electro and Sandman, and Colossus can deal with Goblin/Doc Ock. Spider-Man is the only one who might get out alive....but the X-Men own this fight.

If you read the ultimate six graphic novel spider-man is forced onto the team by the green goblin.

And kraven gives himself genetic powers
