Okay, CS doesn't have too much feats, but here they are.
His armor is soo heavy. 280000 per square inch.
He is so heavy, the ground breaks as he walks
He takes a few thugs down
Nothing can knock him down, says Gog
Takes down Gog, which the heroes couldn't do. He does it in two hits. He also rips his armor easily.

Commander Steel mentions how hes able to see in the dark via "infra red eyes." Not quite sure whats that about. Is it built in the suit or is his vision enhanced?
Ok, my fault ppl. It seems i made a mistake. In the first scan i posted, That was the First Commander Steel. All scans after, were his grandson who went by the name Steel. Sorry bout that. You can also see the change in costumes. Later on, Steel altered his costume to where his hair was out, but most of his face was covered.
First off, @ this thread. Secondly, I'm going to repost a few scans, because quite frankly, MUCH more emphasis needs to be placed on some of them..

Citizen Steel's armor does not weigh 280,000 lbs (as one of the first posts suggested) - that is it's tensile strength (ie. 280,000 pounds per square inch):
And since the armor is one piece and unjointed, it has to bend around CS every time he moves. Uber.

That said, CS shredding/crumpling said armor like cheap toilet paper, is a ridiculous strength feat in itself:

As far as other strength feats go, CS not only took a punch from herald-Gog (the JSA wrecker) without so much as flinching, but he also smacked that Gog around like a little b*tch:

And after removing his armor, CS was able to down 3rd-World-Gog (the God,) with a mere two punches:
Not even the combined efforts of the entire JSA (inc. KC Superman, Alan Scott, Obsidian, Thunderbolt, etc) were able to come close to doing that:
