beard?

Im honestly not taking the piss with this thread, but can a terminator grow a beard?

If they are living tissue wrapped around an endoskeleton then does that mean hair/fingernails will grow?

My guess is no.The machine would come up with some way that this useless process has been eliminated from the tissue but in T2 there is a scene where Sarah Conner checks with the terminator that he can heal after taking like 100 bullets to the back, so if he can heal his wounds will he grow a beard?

Yep. Terminators can grow a beard. And it wouldn't be useless, it would aid in the infiltration. If all Terminators were clean shaven then humans would all grow facial hair for ID purposes.

Also all terminators don't look like Arnald Schwarzenegger the "800" in T-800 mean what make it is.

T-200 :Are essentially maintenance robots cover in rags or old US Army uniforms (they are mostly used inside automated industrial complex). The HR calls them "Stick-Man" or "Scarecrow".

T-500 : Early mainstay production series of endoskeleton based combat designed units.

T-600 : Are essentially endoskeletons cover in rubber skin (like they use in the movies to make masks)

T-800 : the most toughest infiltrator unit. Part man, part machine. Underneath, it’s a combat chassis, hyperalloy, fully armored. Very tough but outside, it's living human tissue (Flesh, skin, hair and blood).

Is it able to grow a beard from sheer will though? Or is it more natural.

Well it's normal skin, so it'd be like how you grow hair, not like the T1000 or T-X.
