I haven't seen nor heard of Dooku being sick with the blaster bolt blocking, but I would imagine he is good enough. He's had experience with it and he is a virtual weapons master. Just because he mastered Makashi doesn't mean he's completely unaware of the other forms. Indeed, he may have been advanced in Soresu or Ataru or others.

But really, the count is too strong in the Force and too clever to be outdone by three droids. Even Anakin and Obi-Wan could withstand an onslaught from a few of these things.
