 Magic or Speed Force?

Which of these abilities does Santa really use?

Does he uses magic to enslave the midgets and force them to make his toys? or is it just bog standard telepathy?

Does his sack have magical properties? or could he just be using Pym particles?

Does he use some magical time compression/stopping ability to travel to hundreds of millions of people each Christmas? or is he using the Speed Force?

Can Santa's raindeer fly faster than Toothgnasher and Toothgrinder?
