he did good as an artist, but i find no reason to praise someone who took his own life. thats taking the east way out.
take someone who worked to keep his fame and lived to be old and still kept his fame. remember the greatness that was and how he fought to live. that is a legend.
for all the wannabes, wanna be a legend? work for it, and work to keep it. you get your respect from living. chosing death is chosing to lose.
Valid points justjakk and DeVi| D0do, though many of the
people who commit suicide aren't just a case of really, really
sad individuals who can't take it anymore. Sometimes such
extreme and continuous state of depression can begin to
affect the very way one thinks, so that they don't judge
things or see the world around them in the same "balanced"
way as they did before.
But yes, may God bless his soul. He certainly touched alot
of people of my generation.
that is either because he believed himself to be as good as he could get and wanted people to remember him that way, or he thought it was downhill from there. he wasted a good carreer with a bullet. yeah his hardcore fans are bummed and have memorials for his greatness, but he could still be in it and they love him that much more.
