Since he's about to take on a career-making role as Che Guevara himself in ''Che'', I think it's high time we have a thread dedicated to one of my favorite (but sadly very underrated) actors.
For those who don't know him, for shame. You can catch him in stuff such as Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, Traffic and Sin City. He rules the screen in all three, even when being made into a ''pez dispenser'' by Devon Aoki. Oh yeah, and be sure to check out his incredible ''accent'' in The Usual Suspects.
Traffic was what won him the Oscar, for which he deserved it 100%. I saw the movie and had no clue who he was...and even though his character wouldn't be considered a major character, I left the theater going, "whoever that guy was, he did a GREAT job."
According to something I read once, he's also the youngest ever actor to play a bad guy in a Bond film, in License To Kill. I've never seen it and I don't like any of the post-Goldfinger Bond movies, but it's something all the same.
Oh F*ck. I totally didn't realise he was in The Usual Suspects. I've only seen him in two movies but he is a very good actor. Can't wait to see him in his next role.
How could you not know?? Ain't he just hilarious in that movie... it's a very good thing he dies when he does though, otherwise I would never have been able to concentrate on the rest of the movie.
