Basically, the mask affects the personality of the wearer by removing all personal social inhibitions.

Section I (healing factor/durability)..


Imo, the Mask's most impressive ability, is his unheard of immunity to any sort of damage..


First and foremost, the Mask is invulnerable (in the true sense):

As you can see, the Mask’s HF is actually quite a bit better than Lobo’s, because he doesn’t have to wait for a body to 'grow' - instead, he is simply... Back to normal *clap-on*:

However, as tough as Lobo is he can’t even begin to harm the Mask:

Even if the Mask is vaporized, he can not only exist as a 'ghost', just for fun - but he can also go back to 'normal' whenever he decides to:

The Mask takes on 'The Main Man' himself (aka. Lobo.)

Due to the Mask's cartoon-like abilities, he is seemingly equal to Lobo. In fact, I'd give the overall edge to the Mask, due mainly to the final few pages of the battle (which were previously highlighted in this thread):
